Wakefield wing Dale Morton is 14/1 to score the first try in the Challenge Cup fifth round clash against Castleford after being named in Saturday’s squad to face their local rivals.

Norwich have the chance to regain second place in the npower Championship when they entertain fellow promotion candidates Nottingham Forest at Carrow Road on Friday night.
The Canaries relinquished the automatic promotion spot to Cardiff after picking up just one point from two games last week, losing 3-0 at Swansea on Saturday before drawing 2-2 at Watford on Tuesday. Back on home turf for Friday’s televised match, Norwich will be looking to get back to winning ways against a Forest side who have slipped out of the play off places following an unexpected slump in the last two months.
Forest gained a 2-0 home victory against Burnley on Tuesday to register their first win since beating Cardiff on 19 February and ended a run nine games without a win.

Danny Welbeck was a surprise call up to the full England squad for Tuesday’s international friendly match against Ghana at Wembley. The announcement was made following news that Aaron Lennon was forced to pull out of the game as a precaution with a minor hamstring problem.
Welbeck is playing for Premier League club Sunderland where he is on loan from Manchester United and is yet to play a full game in two appearances since returning from a two-month absence after undergoing knee surgery.
