1. Daily sports betting advisory service is supplied via a secure online facility, it is also possible to receive this service through text message.
2. The Sporting Advisor UK reserves the right to make alterations to any of the services provided.
3. Due to the security of information, refunds are not provided.
4. Membership is renewable on the agreed terms
5. You have the right to cancel your membership at any time by giving notice to info@sportingadvisoruk.com no later than 24 hours before your subscription payment is due.
6. If you decide to cancel your membership, it is your responsibility to cancel your standing order with your bank, PayPal or any other payment method before it is next due.
7. If you fail to comply with both instructions as in 5 and 6 above, any money paid by your bank, PayPal or any other payment method will not be refunded, as it will be deemed that paragraph 5 was then applicable.
8. Members are advised not to bet with money they cannot comfortably afford to lose. The Sporting Advisor UK will not be held responsible for money staked/lost by the member or for debts/liabilities incurred by the member.
10. The member must notify the sporting advisor UK, in writing, of any change of postal and/or email
address otherwise no responsibility will be accepted for non-delivery of mail and/or information.
11. All betting information is for the member’s use only and must not be passed to any third party.
12. All UK members must be over 18 years of age. Non-UK residents accept it is their sole responsibility to comply with all their Country’s relevant laws.
